Damn, that would have kaned!
How did you pull up after that? I know someone that had all his muscle bunched up after doing the same thing. Now he doesn't have any muscle there...

dude that sucks. I ended my season like that last year. I couldn't feel my fingers for 3 months and am just now getting better from the nerve damage. Is that recent or older. Good luck on the heel up if its fresh....

Been there done that. Just for a word of encouragement - my arm got back to 100% in about 3 months but I have given up on all forms of wrapped tricks.

This happened a couple of years ago. It took a couple of months to heal up, but now all is good. There is a little dent in my bicep but thats about all.

ouch... u did a good job of it!!! tatld put anyone of waking forever. iv been waking for a year and nuting bads happened to me. thank god!! its good ur okey!!!
